Things to be aware of of:

 

  • We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in reservation fees being lost and may incur a charge in full.

 

  • All appointments require a £20 deposit on booking - this will be deducted from your service on the day. Failure to show or give the required notice to cancel will result in this being lost and possible further charges.

 

  • Any child cut that takes longer than the allocated time will be charged at full price or the service maybe incomplete.​

 

  • All technical services require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to service. Patch Tests are valid for 6 months only.

 

  • All timings are approximate and may vary slightly.
