Salon87 is a family run, independent salon, first established in 2016 by Sam.
Sam is a very popular stylist who has been in the industry for two decades. She has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience and a passion for all aspects of the industry which is the driving force behind the salon.
With this experience and passion she has created the most perfect utopia of relaxation offering a one to one service in a comfortable, relaxed but professional environment.

We also use a wide range of animal cruelty free and vegan products, alongside ammonia free and natural options for colouring.
A Word From Salon Owner, Sam...
My inspiration for opening Salon87 came from having worked in both corporate and independent salons.
I wanted to create a space that combined the best of both of those worlds as I believe you can have the personal touches of independent with the knowledge and professionalism of corporate.
I am proud to have achieved that at Salon87 with high standards in every aspect of what we do.
Extensive training as well as personal development allows me to offer the best, professional service with outstanding results but still keep a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
I've been in the industry for two decades and worked alongside some amazing people in my time. I've been able to take inspiration from those experiences and adapt them to create the wonderful utopia that is Salon87.
I love my industry because there is always something new to learn. It is forever changing and developing - no matter how long you've been doing it!
I'm passionate about developing our industry and it's standards. While on the 'shop floor', colouring and cutting is where my passion and interests are. I love the science behind it just as much as the physical transformation.
Being able to be creative to not only make someone feel amazing about themselves but also being able to create something that is so personal and unique to the individual is the ultimate in "job satisfaction".
