Our Policies and T's & C's.
All technical services require a patch test at least 48 hours before the service is carried out otherwise we are unable to proceed with the technical service.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
Voucher must be presented on "check out" if not before and are for use with selected stylists only unless stated otherwise.
Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash and no change will be given nor can they be used in conjunction with discounts, promotions or offers.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are no longer able to make your appointment.
(N.B. this is 48 working hours and our hours of work are Tuesday-Saturday). If you are unable to give the required notice then a penalty of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
On booking an appointment with us we will require some personal details from you.
This will include full name, address, telephone number, and such like.
This information is stored safely and will not be passed onto any third party.
This is for us to keep a record of your "hair history" like technical notes, preferred products, patch test dates, etc.

We offer 20% for new clients when quoting "NC20" when booking - this offer applies to new clients to the salon only. And is only valid for colour services or cut and finish. 20% will be taken off the highest value service only.
